Moon Film Review: Hercules - a Greek Tragedy

As you may know, your Cultural Correspondent (Film and Theatre) is part Greek. Thus they felt duty bound to go to the cinema to see 'Hercules'.

Quite honestly, they wish they'd not bothered: what a shockingly outrageous treatment of your Cultural Correspondent's (Film and Theatre) Greek heritage the film is.  The acting: atrocious.  The script: atrocious. Everything else: atrocious.  Then at the end it was revealed that the film is based on a comic.  Sadly, there was nothing comic about it.  But there was plenty that was tragic.  The most convincingly Greek thing about it, perhaps?
